Terms and Conditions
- Payment of bills may be taken at any time following the 48 hr cancellation period..
- Please inform us if there are any special conditions for payment.
- We do not permit pets in the rooms .
- Remote controls and tea/coffee tray are courtesy items and not an entitlement to discount should they be absent.
- If a double/twin room is booked we are not obliged to change these unless prior notice is given.
If an issue is noticed it should be addressed at earliest stage to allow time for alternative to be offered or to be resolved. We will consider the following:
- failure to service room
- Multiple areas of dust.
- Failure of breakfast function.
- Failure of bathroom provision; ie hot water; WC failure ;
- Heating failure.
